My approach is direct, passionate and energetic and comes from real life experience. 

I love sales, actively sell and lead by example. I’m not about sales theory, I’m in the game, on the field, a top performer and driven to see those I work with succeed.

I only coach in areas where I have specialist experience and have personally delivered outstanding results.

In areas outside of my expertise I will connect you with others where I can or decline working with you. I am aware of where I add the most value.

I have high expectations of myself (in all areas of my life) and higher expectations for the companies I work with. Nothing makes me happier than seeing my clients go to a level even they don’t think they could achieve.
